Will reimbursement of interenet connection charges at home to one of the executive whose remuneration is otherwise declared in directors report under section 217 (2A) would be considered for calculating remuneration. can it be avoided if payment is made directly to vendor.

No, as per Sec 198 explanation pt (c) it will be covered under remuneration. Also any thing paid to exceutive director other than sitting fees will be included in term remuneration.
