28 July 2009 I could not understand the meaning of Line 3(Charge is satisfied in favour of assets reconstruction company (ARC) or Assignee) in Form 17 for statisfaction of charge. We had taken a loan from a bank and repaid the same to the bank. Now we need to file form 17 for clearance of charge. So I want to know whether line 3 should be marked as yes or no.
Please ans as it is really very urgent because we have to file the form within 3 days.

Sorry i could not find the line mentioned by you in form 17.

Check the version you are using.

Further you may avoid the line by selecting "NO".
