Mr. X was already a director in one pvt. ltd. company and he was having DIN. A new company is formed & while filling form 32 he was appointed as director of the new company. Now while filling first annual return(Form 20B) of the that new company, DIN of Mr. X is showing as invalid, when we filled its details in form 20B, the place where we filled details of all directors of the companies in point IV of the form 20B. Note: it is not a case of digital signature. Pls advice.

Can any one suggest from wherer I can get the list of Defaulters as per RBI.

Can anybody provide me Bank resolution for addition in authorised signatories who is empower to sign cheques upto Rs. 50,000 Only along with one other signatory. There are already three authorised signatories out of whom any two can signed for any limit.

My firm's name(auditor's firm) has been changed in jan 10. Whether this change I have to intimate to companies (so that they can re-appoint the firm with its new name. if yes what is the procedure for
the same for auditor's firm and what company will do then. As we have already filed Form 23B for the fy 09-10.

My Query is that if two directors are appointed as additional director and nominee director in a board meeting and both attended the said meeting, what designation we can show in minutes for those newly appointed. Can we put it as Director itself in the Minutes of the same Board meeting they are appointed

I have some funds in my company & i do not want that any director use this funds for personal purpose because this fund is the life of the company & company is making its income from the said fund so please tell what can i do in this matter.

Regarding Form 32 filing using new Director's DSC

ABC Private Limited is appointing X as Additional Director.

Company has already two existing directors. Only One director was having DSC and his DSC got expired and he was not intending to do the renewal.

Now, the company proposing X as Additional Director, who has got the DSC.

Query

Whether X can use his DSC and sign Form 32 for his appointment and file with MCA.

Though I am sure that X cannot use his DSC and sign Form 32 for his appointment and file with MCA, I need the Experts views out of their experience earned on the above matter.

I shall wait for the views of the Experts.
