06 July 2010 My firm's name(auditor's firm) has been changed in jan 10. Whether this change I have to intimate to companies (so that they can re-appoint the firm with its new name. if yes what is the procedure for
the same for auditor's firm and what company will do then. As we have already filed Form 23B for the fy 09-10.

09 July 2010 In Companies Act there is no such provisions but you can initimate the Companies by writing the letter to them or by email
