While recording minutes ,we used to mention
DIRECTORS PRESENT 1. Mr.A - Chairman cum Managing Director 2. Mr.B Director
IN ATTENDANCE
1. Mr.C Company Secretary
My Query is that if two directors are appointed as additional director and nominee director in a board meeting and both attended the said meeting, what designation we can show in minutes for those newly appointed. Can we put it as Director itself in the Minutes of the same Board meeting they are appointed
They are normal directors of the company so you may use Director in the attendance part of the Minutes of the same Board meeting in which they are appointed.
Alternatively the option to use their actual designation in the minutes is always available with you.
