dear all please tell me if a NRI gets its passport and other document notarise in his home country how long will it consider valid attestation in india . what is the validity period of such attestation

The name of company was changed w.e.f March 01, 2011. After March 01, 2011 some POs were issued to vendors in the former name of the company and invoices were all received from vendors in old name. Are those invoices and POs valid or need to be altered?

what will be the status of such other third co. "C" whether it is a subsidiary of "A" u/s 4 of the companies act,1956

Which form is required to file in ROC and which clause will be changed in MOA AND AOA, Which Document will be submitted in ROC regarding change in Address of Regd. Office. How much time it will take (Regarding change in Address submitted to Roc)whether document will be submitted Physically and online or only online. Whether Person have to appear in MOC or not
