The private limited company want to start practice of giving dividend to the shareholder. What process it has to follow for the same. As of now can dividend can be declared in 2010-11 books as the audit is yet to be completed.

One of my client wanted to file all pending Annual returns filed for past 5-6 years. For making the company active we need to file Form-61.
I would require the DRAFT APPLICATION FORMAT TO BE MADE TO CONVERT THE DORMANT STATUS TO ACTIVE.
The company is willing to regularise and start business again.

After online request for Certified Copies , in how much time i will get the same, further ROC send the same through email or Hard Copy at addresss??
I want to know how about the pf of the employees who were working in a company and now the company is continued with another name and all the existing employees have been given the same job in the company. now the new pay slip doesnt show the previous pf balance. I want to know how employees can get to know about their pf in previous company and second whether is it possible to trfr the balance in pf to new named company? pls tell me what is the law saying behind it?
