please any one tell me the penalty for late filling of form23AC,23ACA & form 66.

It depends on number of months delay. Now if old documents have not been filed then file under the new scheme which is applicable from 12th August, 2011

Late filing of the forms lead to payment of'additional fee' as per section 611(2) of the companies Act,1956 in addition to the normal fee. Normal fee is based on the authorised capital of the company. Additional fee depends on the delay from the 'date of the event' upon which the e-forms had to be filed online.
Now MCA has announced a scheme called CLSS,2011 through which 75% of the additional fee will be waived automatically if filed in between 12/8/2011 to 31/10/2011.
