Conversion of co-operative society into company

A labout and construction society is registered in Haryana under Co-operative Societies Act and is working for the last 10 years. This society in having 10 members. Now, they want to convert this society into a company. Please let us know whether it is possible if, possible please give guidelines for doing the same.

A company u/s 25 can be incorporated with the objects of the society.
