WHAT ARE THE REGULATIONS REGARDING PAYMENT OF INTEREST ON UNSECURED LOAN RAISED FROM SHAREHOLDERS BY A PRIVATE COMPANY?

Can anybody please tell me Whether the minutes of the board meeting to be submitted in the next meeting for verification, Is that compulsary? is there any section for the same.?

if the din-4 is not submitted within the due date then what are its penal provisions? and what are its remedies?

pls provide me explanatory statement for alteration in aoa by inserting new clause for
buy back

Dear Sir,

1. From 23 approved & also we received approval certificate copy (altered MOA & AOA) but Form 1B rejected change of name in data mistake in minutes copy.

2. Now we again we applied name approval & name approved.


Please let me confirm in Form 23 we request for only name change or altered MOA & AOA also?

I HAVE TO FILE DIN 4 BECAUSE PAN WAS NOT PROVIDED WHILE APPLYING FOR DIN 1 PHYSICALLY.SO WHEN I TRY TO PRESCRUTINIZE MY EFORM,IT SHOWS ME A POTENTIAL DUPLICATE DUE TO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING DATA DETAILS 'NAME,FATHERS NAME OR DATE OF BIRTH' EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NOT FILLED ANY OF THESE BLANKS IN THE FORM.I HAVE FILLED ONLY THE PAN BLANK AND THE EMAIL AND MOBILE BLANK,NOTHING ELSE.WHAT COULD BE THE REASON FOR THIS ANOMALY & WHAT SHOULD I DO? PLEASE HELP.
