Dear Sir,

1. From 23 approved & also we received approval certificate copy (altered MOA & AOA) but Form 1B rejected change of name in data mistake in minutes copy.

2. Now we again we applied name approval & name approved.


Please let me confirm in Form 23 we request for only name change or altered MOA & AOA also?

I HAVE TO FILE DIN 4 BECAUSE PAN WAS NOT PROVIDED WHILE APPLYING FOR DIN 1 PHYSICALLY.SO WHEN I TRY TO PRESCRUTINIZE MY EFORM,IT SHOWS ME A POTENTIAL DUPLICATE DUE TO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING DATA DETAILS 'NAME,FATHERS NAME OR DATE OF BIRTH' EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NOT FILLED ANY OF THESE BLANKS IN THE FORM.I HAVE FILLED ONLY THE PAN BLANK AND THE EMAIL AND MOBILE BLANK,NOTHING ELSE.WHAT COULD BE THE REASON FOR THIS ANOMALY & WHAT SHOULD I DO? A Pvt Ltd Co ( X Pvt Ltd ) wants to change its register of members so that the folio no of the share holders which do not hold any shares can be used afresh. Further the co wants to issue fresh share certificates to the share holders bearing the new disticntive nos and new folio no.
