Non-provision of PAN details or any mismatch in DIN and PAN information will be treated as default and such DIN's may be disabled for access of MCA21 System. Refer MCA General Circular 32/2011 dated 31/05/2011.

Yes. But if the director is a foreign national,the issue is vexed in view of the observation in https://www.caclubindia.com/forum/foreign-director-186793.asp In such cases, as you know, MCA portal is the best person to solve the issue for which use the help desk facility in www.mca.gov.in
