09 March 2012 Dear Sir,

1. From 23 approved & also we received approval certificate copy (altered MOA & AOA) but Form 1B rejected change of name in data mistake in minutes copy.

2. Now we again we applied name approval & name approved.

Please let me confirm in Form 23 we request for only name change or altered MOA & AOA also?

Kindly do the needful.

If you are conducting general meeting for change of name of the company, then it will consequently required change of name clause of MOA and AOA accordingly.For example Name clause of MOA and Article 1 of AOA is also requre to change.

So as per my knowledge, in Geneal Meeting 3 resolution will pass.
1 Change of name
2 Alteration of Name Clause of MOA
3 Alteration of Name of AOA.
