Dear friends, please tell me wheather paid up capital is required to kept as it is in Companies Bank Account or Company can use it as requirement?

You can use paid up capital for business purpose and there is no mandatory requirement to hold such money in Bank Account.

Capital is investment made by promotors to start up the business so no need to keep in bank account. can use for operations of the company.

It is not restricted upto the promoter to make investment in company. Any eligible investor can make investment in capital of the company.
