I have a query relating to valuation of sweat equity shares that one of my client company issued sweat equity shares and now its require to value the shares and issue the valuation report.

Can anybody help me out that how to value the shares issued and provide format of the valuation report.

The company is a private limited company.

The contents of the name availability guidelines, 2011 as published in the MCA 21 site are known to one and all, but please clarify whether these guidelines are applicable now or please specify the effective date of applicability of these guidelines. i.e the date of publication in the official gazette.

In a public Limited Company, remuneration is paid to directors without assigning the nomenclature of MD/WTD and the net profits of the Company are inadequate.

Pls clarify what are the consequences for that?

I have filed Form DIN 4 on 08.08. 2011 for 2 Directors for updating their Father's name as according to their PAN and they also got approved but even now, when i check the update on Form DIN 4a again, it is showing that fathers name didnot match with the PAN database......

Can anyone help me plz, what i have to do to sort this out.
