Would appreciate clarifications on the following please.

1. What is the maximum no. of share certificates which can be attached to a share transfer form (7B) for transfer of shares in a pvt ltd company?

The Companies Act, 1956 does not specify any limit for the same. It will depend on the company practice that they can accept or not.
