The contents of the name availability guidelines, 2011 as published in the MCA 21 site are known to one and all, but please clarify whether these guidelines are applicable now or please specify the effective date of applicability of these guidelines. i.e the date of publication in the official gazette.

12 July 2012 Dear Sir,

The circular you have mentioned relates to the new route through which the e-form 1A process will take place.

Kindly pardon me if i have not made myself clear.

My query is which guidelines should i follow incase of using any of the keywords such as industry, india, enterprises,etc..

I have a doubt between 2 circulars.
