I have filed Form DIN 4 on 08.08. 2011 for 2 Directors for updating their Father's name as according to their PAN and they also got approved but even now, when i check the update on Form DIN 4a again, it is showing that fathers name didnot match with the PAN database......

Can anyone help me plz, what i have to do to sort this out.

I will suggest you to check the details of PAN data base and also your DIN 4 earlier filed by you. Is their any clerical mistake in filing.

11 July 2012 No, everthing is absolutely correct, even , when i try to fill Form DIN 4 again by entering the Fathers name of the Director, even then it is showing the error message

I will sou to suggest you to re check after few days, it may be possible that their may be some error in MCA portal regarding PAN update.
