Suppose we had issued 500 shares in favour of A, now we want to cancel the same issue fresh share in favour of 400 shares to B and 100 shares to C. Can we do that what are the formalities required

I just filed a DIN 1 Online, made payment and got the DIN Number online. I wanted to know whether i will receive any letter or e mail or anything else from the MCA? If so, then in how many days?

I have a doubt in filing up the details of the indebtedness of the company in form 20 B.

If the date of the AGM is Sep 28, 2012 should i take into account even the interest rate for the period of 28 days instead of 30 days for the month of Sep 2012?

If on MCA portal a din is shown disabled and form 32 needs to be filed then in form 32 which option should be selected i.e. appointment or change in designation and from which date.

A company has been incorporated but the Form 1 filed has been approved but the attachments are wrong also the activity of the Company has gone wrong..Kindly tell how to rectify the attachments uploaded also the activity of the Comnpany

ABC Private Limited is having a Director, who now proposes to be a Chairman-cum-Director.

Query

Should there be a mandatory requirement for filing of Form 32 only for the said purpose i.e. 'Chairman' position ?

If anybody has experience on such situation, please share the same, as MCA Help Desk says as per the guidelines given to them, Form 32 is mandatorily to be filed even for 'Chairman' position, though it is internal matter of the company and further, this case does not require any designation change.

The names, qualifications etc. of employees drawing more than 5 lakhs per month are required to be disclosed in the Directors Report.

Is this requirement also applicable for Whole Time Directors who are drawing salary more than 5 lakhs per month.
