Hi,
I have a doubt in filing up the details of the indebtedness of the company in form 20 B.
If the date of the AGM is Sep 28, 2012 should i take into account even the interest rate for the period of 28 days instead of 30 days for the month of Sep 2012?

As per the wordings in the form we should take into account the Principal + Interest for 28 days only.
