If on MCA portal a din is shown disabled and form 32 needs to be filed then in form 32 which option should be selected i.e. appointment or change in designation and from which date.

I will suggest you to check the status of DIN as on date, if it is disable then apply again for DIN and then file Form-32.

Agree with the learned members, you need to first obtain valid DIN. Then after you can file form 32, the date of appointment of change in designation would not change according to the DIN.

But at MCA signatory details it is mentioned that Form 32 needs to be filed.

Check the din status .. Such msg comes when you have not verified ut pan number by filing din 4. File din 4 your din will be activated u dont need to file form 32 .
