16 November 2012 Dear Experts,

Would you just give me the circular on Filing of Form 23B for appointment of auditor for the financial year 2011-2012. where the last date was 05/08/2012 without any fees.

i m not getting dat circular.

its urgent!

16 November 2012 thanks ajayji..... but d date again got extended and it was 12/08/2012

i saw dat above circular 29-2012; but there no where mention the financial year for which it is applicable.

my problem is dat i wnt to tell management d last date was 05/08/2012 nd it got extended upto 12/08/2012 without addional fees. But in dat roc circular,they hav not mentioned d year...............

plz help me out...

You convince the management that this is applicable for the financial year 2011-12, because it in the initial circular it is made mandatory for the financial year 2011-12.
