A Pvt. Ltd. company (ABC) has got itself registered giving the address of register office of one of other pvt. ltd. co.(XYZ) of the same group.

Now whether it is necessary/ required as per law that ABC shall show rent paid to xyz in the books of accounts as ABC is showing its registered office as that of XZY.

What if no entries are taken in books of accounts.

Or What should be the right treatment in this case.

One of my client has not filed annual accounts and annual returns (20B, 23AC, 23ACA) for the last two years (fy 10-11 & fy 11-12). I want to know total filing fees (normal+additional fees).

I click option calculate fees on the MCA website but am confused what to mention in the DATE OF EVENT.

MY Question :
1. Does DATE OF EVENT mean last date/due date of filing ? Please clarify.

i want to file ROC documents for that i have create pdf files but while i upload my data the error create which show error that you have not verified digital signature or digital signature validation is incomeples.

If a director does not have DIN no on date of his appointment and as such has not mentioned the same in his consent letter, does he need to file DIN 2 with the company. If yes, can the date of filing DIN 2 with the company and the date of his appointment in DIN 2 be same?

IF A DIRECTOR IS DIRECTOR IN ANOTHER 10 COMPANIES AND ANY OF THE COMPANY IN WHICH THIS DIRECTOR IS DORMANT THEN WILL HE BE DISQUALIFIED TO FILE THE ANNUAL RETURNS OF THE OTHER 9 COMPANIES ALSO. AND FROM ALL OTHER 9 COMPANIES HE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
