Regarding cost audit and cost compliance report

Dear Experts,
A Company falls under the mandate of Cost Audit and has got its cost records audited and obtained a cost audit report.
Now my query:
The Company also fulfills the criteria for obtaining cost compliance report under CARR. Whether the Cost compliance report also has to be obtained by the Company in addition to the Cost Audit report ?

Regarding the product on which cost Audit is mandatory, in respect of such product compliance report is not to be filed.
