Please list out all the Forms on which Stamp Duty is Payable as per the Companies Act,1956/MCA21.

Generally in regular practice, Form-1 and Form-5 which deal with share capital of the company is dealt with stamp duty payable under Companies Act, 1956.

In other case it covered stamp paper.

However, stamp duty will also cover in winding up or merger issue in certain cases.
