ROC, WB had issued a letter regarding strike off the name of company u/s 560 as F23AC & F20B were not filed for quite some time. The same were filed thereafter, a reply was also given, still the status shows as under process of strike off.

What is the remedy now?

In a public company.company want to appoint a director as a Managing Director and to one Managing Director as a director.In both situation company need to file form-32.
is company can file only one form-32 for both purpose if the date of change in designation of both directors are same...

And also explain the procedure for appointment of a director as a managing director with required resolutions.

Please elaborate the difference between a public company and a Limited company.

I registered the New LLP firm with 2 designated partners each partners(50%) have Rs.25000 each. Total contribution Rs.50000

At the time of registration of LLP (Form 2) filled wrongly
8 (a). Total number of designated partners 2
(b). Total number of partners 2

Actually 2 designated partners only , but i wrongly mention Total number of partners also 2.

At the time of fill the data in Form 3, Total partners considered by Roc database 4 partners.

How will rectify the mistake?

hi i am a full time day trader . i want to establish a sole proprietorship on my name as i trade on my name and for myself . i know that no license is required for this .to open a current a/c i need to have a registration certificate , license , company seal etc . so how can i go about sole proprietorship . throw some light on income tax filings as i buy and sell derivatives futures and options on the same day as well . do they come under speculative or business income .

Mr. A is Whole Time Director (WTD) of listed company. If he wants to resign from the post of WTD, can he be appointed as Non Executive Director in the same company on the same day?

Sir(s), a Private Company have two Directors as a non-executive (Part time Director). Now i want to change there designation. I want to appoint them as whole time Directors of the Company.
