I registered the New LLP firm with 2 designated partners each partners(50%) have Rs.25000 each. Total contribution Rs.50000
At the time of registration of LLP (Form 2) filled wrongly
8 (a). Total number of designated partners 2
(b). Total number of partners 2
Actually 2 designated partners only , but i wrongly mention Total number of partners also 2.
At the time of fill the data in Form 3, Total partners considered by Roc database 4 partners.
How will rectify the mistake?

hi i am a full time day trader . i want to establish a sole proprietorship on my name as i trade on my name and for myself . i know that no license is required for this .to open a current a/c i need to have a registration certificate , license , company seal etc . so how can i go about sole proprietorship . throw some light on income tax filings as i buy and sell derivatives futures and options on the same day as well . do they come under speculative or business income .

Can a private Company appoint two whole-time directors ?
Sir(s), a Private Company have two Directors as a non-executive (Part time Director). Now i want to change there designation. I want to appoint them as whole time Directors of the Company.
Is it possible ? pls reply on urgent basis.

Dear All Experts, In our Private limited Company have 2 banks Accounts. 1- C C account with Rural Bank. Another Current Accounts with SBI Bank .
But Here one problem is our Cash Credit Given Bank question about us why you opened the other bank accounts,

A Company falls under the mandate of Cost Audit and has got its cost records audited and obtained a cost audit report.
Now my query:
The Company also fulfills the criteria for obtaining cost compliance report under CARR. Whether the Cost compliance report also has to be obtained by the Company in addition to the Cost Audit report ?
