plz anyone let me know that in case of surrender & forfeiture of shares whether defaulter shareholder will liable to pay unpaid calls?

No he will not be liable
27 November 2012
After forfeiture the defaulter shareholder will no longer the shareholder of the company all his rights and liabilities have been forfeited, therefore he would not require to pay any unpaid call.
