We got contract for providing mining services and Operation and Maint. Of Stone Crusher Plant. We issue order to our sub-contract for Mining Services.

Our Sub-Contract claimed Service Tax and we paid accordingly. My query the Service Tax Cenvat Credit Mining Services can utilized to Service Tax payment to Gov. Operation & Maint. Of Crusher Plant

Please clarify is there new service tax rate of 14% bill passed? is there its w.e.f 01st june 2015

Dear Sir
Our company(Pvt Ltd)Reverse service tax(RCM) paid on amount of service received from ---
contract service,Transport Agency,Legal service,Cab service
But there is nothing any output service tax in our company.
So, my question is --- should we avail input credit benefit from service tax of Telephone bill,Professoinal fees & Others Charges etc
Kindly clearify about above topic.

Is there any change in Service tax provision making it applicable to services provided to Defence or other Govt by way of civil constructions.

Our Company Received amount from service recipients against Reimbursement of Exp.(like Printing & Stationery,Conveyance,Consultancy Fee).is Service Tax Also applicable on These Reimbursements or not.

THE APPLICABILITY OF NEW RATE OF 14% HAS BEEN NOTIFIED ?

A business Entity will pay the Service Tax on the services received from Service Provider from 1.4.2015.

Whether it is applicable to a COLLEGE where the college is not paying any Income Tax.

Any Security Services Received from an Security Agency will attract service tax and the College has to obtain the "Service Tax Number" and pay the Service Tax accordingly from 1.4.2015. Whether this ammendement is applicable to a Educational Institution.

It is to be clarified.
