First Partnership Deed maid on How much rs. Stamp Paper ..??

Dear sir/ Madam,

A person(being owner of flat) has given his flat bond papers as security for the amount taken by him. The value of Flat is triple of the amount received. This incident has taken place nearly 15 years ago. Till now Bond papers remained with the creditor's legal heirs(as he expired 3 years ago) & also owner of flat expired 5 years ago.Now is there any chance of recovering the propertyby legal heirs of flat owner?

Please suggest me in this regard.

We want to buy a land from person.Such person received land under government scheme at free of cost ten years ago. Now she want to sell it as it is situated in city outskirts.So, we are in little whether any obligations arise in future from the government.Please suggest me in this regard.

We have a sole proprietorship registered in state A and want to open a firm with the same name and same proprietor in state B.

So, I wanted to know the pros and cons of it and how will the stock get transferred and is it any useful at all. Or should I open another firm with same name and a different prop. may be?

p.s. I couldn't find any resource regarding the rules and regulations for opening a branch of proprietorship firm on the internet.

i have a doubt that , can wife of a statutory auditor of a company can be a shareholder in the same company .

if yes ; how ?
if no ; what are the consequences that stat auditor has to face.

Does here accumulated profits include opening credit balance of St. of Profit & Loss included or not?
