Dear Sir/Madam
Kindly guide me regarding
appointment of auditor (Audit Firm) for private company for FY 2014-15 onwards, what compliance to be followed for ROC, I mean which form to be filed by auditor and for what period (10 years allowed or not)?
and also guide me please
ADT-1 has to be filed independently and not as an attachment to GNL-2 effective 20th October 2014

The company shall inform the auditor regarding appointment and also file a form ADT-1 to ROC within 15 days of the meeting in which the auditor is appointed.
MCA has introduced new e Form ADT-1 for appointment of auditor for filing w.e.f 20th Oct 2014. Earlier ADT -1 was to be filed as an attachment with GNL -2 a general form for informing MCA where no specific form issued. Now MCA has issued E- Form ADT-1. It is to be filed independently
