Purchase of land from person who received under scheme

We want to buy a land from person.Such person received land under government scheme at free of cost ten years ago. Now she want to sell it as it is situated in city outskirts.So, we are in little whether any obligations arise in future from the government.Please suggest me in this regard.

if earlier government while allotting the land had not put on any condition then freely it can be sold else follow the conditions if any for sale.

then no need to think further , sale the land and invest the sale proceeds to save tax
