The company want to change its registered office from one district to another but there is no change in ROC Jurisdiction.What are the procedures? whether the company needs to pass a special resolution for this and to file MGT 14?

I am in a conflict whether to take coaching for CA final law from Munish bhandari or from Amit popali. Please help me out.

Can a Public Trust in Mumbai have social functions for their members with highly subsidized dinner and apply for and get an Excise Dept permit to sell liquor to the members and their families on a cost plus basis.
Out of 1000 members of the Trust only about 75/80 members benefit from such functions held 3/4 times a year utilizing Trust funds (excuse being to build up comradie among members but in fact a way to garner the votes and support of voting members).

Hello. My Uncle had made agreement to buy a property last year and made part of payment by cheque to the vendor Mr. X.. due to sudden death of my uncle and uncapality of his legal heir the deal could not be completed.. Further the Vendor Mr.X also could not give back the advance payment made to him.. Now Mr.Y who we know well is ready to buy the property of Mr.X. Now Mr.X is not trust worthy, is there option to take the advance amount my uncle had paid to him from Mr.Y through pay order and balance amont be paid to Mr.X to complete the transaction please guide Thanks

15 employees have salary of Rs.30,000 per month
10 employees have salary of Rs.10,000 per month

Whether PF act is applicable to firm?
If applicable whether liable to deduct PF on all employees or on 10 employees only?

Today i resubmited the required forms for incorporation that are INC-7,12&22 but after that it shows Inc - 7 invalid & not been taken for records. So does resubmition allowed only one time and whot should i do now to complete the incorporation process.
