Hello. My Uncle had made agreement to buy a property last year and made part of payment by cheque to the vendor Mr. X.. due to sudden death of my uncle and uncapality of his legal heir the deal could not be completed.. Further the Vendor Mr.X also could not give back the advance payment made to him.. Now Mr.Y who we know well is ready to buy the property of Mr.X. Now Mr.X is not trust worthy, is there option to take the advance amount my uncle had paid to him from Mr.Y through pay order and balance amont be paid to Mr.X to complete the transaction please guide Thanks

A firm have 25 employees

15 employees have salary of Rs.30,000 per month
10 employees have salary of Rs.10,000 per month

Whether PF act is applicable to firm?
If applicable whether liable to deduct PF on all employees or on 10 employees only?

We decided to take unsecured loan from a business concern.

Today i resubmited the required forms for incorporation that are INC-7,12&22 but after that it shows Inc - 7 invalid & not been taken for records. So does resubmition allowed only one time and whot should i do now to complete the incorporation process.

Our company had filed GNL 1 and petition is approved by NCLT for change of financial year. Now the financial year of co is 1st Oct to 30th Sept. I would to know what is required to be done in terms of secretarial compliance as for this year financial year will be of 18 months i.e. from 1st Apr 16 to 30th Sept 17. Please guide me through compliance part for extension of FY as per new companies act..

Organisation where i am working , is NGO. Since exemption has been withdrawn for EPF applicability under EPF Act from 01.04.2015. EPF Act is now applicable on our organisation. We have registered our organisation from 01.04.2015 (Backdated registration under the Act)
My query is :-
There are some employees who has UAN / Previous Member ID (Earlier EPF is deducted from their Salary from previous employer), are our organisation is liable to deposit there EPF share from Backdate?
and some employees didnt have UAN, are their share also be deposited from backdate to the EPFO or Current date.
Kindly resolve.
