Incorporation of pvt ltd

Today i resubmited the required forms for incorporation that are INC-7,12&22 but after that it shows Inc - 7 invalid & not been taken for records. So does resubmition allowed only one time and whot should i do now to complete the incorporation process.

Please see 'IMPORTANT NOTICES' in the home page of MCA. Seems INC-7 is withdrawn and SPIC forms are to be used.
