Organisation where i am working , is NGO. Since exemption has been withdrawn for EPF applicability under EPF Act from 01.04.2015. EPF Act is now applicable on our organisation. We have registered our organisation from 01.04.2015 (Backdated registration under the Act)
My query is :-
There are some employees who has UAN / Previous Member ID (Earlier EPF is deducted from their Salary from previous employer), are our organisation is liable to deposit there EPF share from Backdate?
and some employees didnt have UAN, are their share also be deposited from backdate to the EPFO or Current date.
Kindly resolve.

You have to pay and deposit PF for the eligible employee for the salary paid to them w.e.f. 01.04.2015. For the employees who are already member of PF, you get the PF account transferred and for others file new membership form
