HELLO
KYA EK MANPOWER SUPPLIER JO PLACEMENT KARWATA HAI PRIVATE AGENCIES , EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES LIKE SCHOOL COLLEGES , PRIVATE COACHING INSTITUTES ETC IS REQUIRED TO FULLFILL EPF REQ IF YES THEN WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS AND IF NO THEN WHY PLS REPLY SOON ITS URGENT

Yes the man power supplier is required to fulfill EPF requirement. Principle employer is liable if the man power supplier is not fulfilling EPF requirement.

But sir EPF provisions are compulsory for factories. But if manpower supplier provides manpower other than factories then also the same is applicable or not. Reply soon
