What are the procedures/compliances for accepting donation from Foreign doner by Indian Public Charitable Trust.

You can receive foreign donations from Indian passport holders and NRIs. Donations from foreign citizens requires registration and approval from FCRA. Prior permission from FCRA can be taken in case of specific amount from a specific donor for specific purpose.
