Is there any other act other than the housing co-op societies act in maharashtra to register a group of house owners consisting of approximately 10 flats.

Basically registration under this act requires audit of accounts. Hence is there any other form of organistion/act under which such group can be registered to avoid audit of such a small group of house owners.

Also how does such registration affect the status of such group under other relevant acts applicable to such housing units/properties.

Our Company got incorporated one month back as Private limited Company and is in the business of IT enabled services. Very recently we entered into a contract for exporting service. Since there is uncertainity of STPI extention we did not go for registration of the same. In light of the above Could anyone provide information on

1. Relevant Form to be used for filing our
export receipts

2. Where to file it

3. And the time limit and documents to be
filed if any along with it

can an indian co. bill to an indian co. in dollars in india itself ?
And the payment is made by the purchasing Co. in RS. to the selling companies bank but in accounts it is converted into dollars at tht days exchange rate.

And can we have foreign exchange revaluations on such dollars at the year end ?

Can a transaction be routed this way.
Pls tell me with reference to relevant sections of any law/act.

1. when firm auditable.
2. can firm deducted tds on cont. or commission or any limit
3. if partner purchase assets own name and come in business. than treatment.

Can the word 'unlimited'/'incorporated' is allowed to be used in the name of partnership firms by the Inspector General of Registration as per The Indian Partnership Act,1932.
