Please clarify my confusion about MSMED Act.

Hi all.

As per MSMED act, if any enterprise is covered under MSMED then the payment should be made to that enterprise within 45 days or as per the contract terms whichever is less. My queries are

1) 45 days to be taken from invoice date/material dispatch date/or material receipt date.

2)If any enterprise is registered as SSI and not registered under MSMED act, doest the provision of 45 days still apply.

3) After MSMED act, does the SSI Act still holds good.

hey everyone, i've already sat in 3 pcc attempts and in each attempt i favoured the first group. in 2 attempt i scored an exemption in accounts with 70+ marks which means now i require 40 each in auditing and law. for 3 attempt i prepared these two papers to the best of my level, but i was unable to attempt the law paper. can anyone plz tell me how should i prepare for these two papers specially the law paper?
