change in name of firm

a ca firm was carrying out practise in the name of xyz, now due to admission of new mwmber its name is changed to xyzabc . so what is the legal formalities to be followed. is it mandatory for the firm to file a supplementary deed for change in name if yes then what is the format.

PF CONTRIBUTION AFTER RETIREMENT (AFTER 58 YRS)

When epf member retire at the age of 58 years and setteled his pf and pension. after six month again he join the institution.
Is it necessary to contribute PF ? Or it depends on decession of employee ?

liability of wife to husband's debts

In the case of husband being a personal guarantor to term loans taken by a company in which he is shareholder.

Can the property belonging to his wife, including property solely in her name, cash in her bank account etc. be siezed by the bank in case the company defaults on the loan?
