Kindly let me know whether Schedule VI is applicable to Section 25 companies or not.
How can one determine the same.

Schedule VI is applicable to all companies whether public or private,except to any insurance/banking/electricity company.Pl refer section 211 and 616 of the Companies Act,1956.
