PF CONTRIBUTION AFTER RETIREMENT (AFTER 58 YRS)

26 May 2010 When epf member retire at the age of 58 years and setteled his pf and pension. after six month again he join the institution.
Is it necessary to contribute PF ? Or it depends on decession of employee ?

27 May 2010 If it is a matter of EPF and the person has re-joined as an employee, then deduction of PF is required. If he has re-joined on retainership basis, then not required.
