i need to know the Provisions of company law with regard to Hospitals. Also what is liability risk and taxation of Hospitals

generally hospitals are not liable for tax either u/s 10 or 12AA.
Provisions of co. law are same as it applies to any other co.

Co Law is not designed industry/business wise There are different forms of organisations which do business and company form is one of them.The liability risk and taxation of the hospital u have in mind depends on a number of factors so for a specific answer ask a specific question with all material facts
