i am member of icai. a firm use my name without my information and consent. i have not any relation or partnership with that firm ever. for this i informed to icai. then icai send me scanned copy of partnership deed. then i found that in deed my signature was duplicate and my information was also incomplete. now i want to know that can i claim on institute against approval of this partnership without inspection of my signature and my other information.

I want to know what is meaning of Association, what is it mean if name of establishment ends with Associates, e.g., Dinesh & Associates ( Chartered Accountants) PKF & Associates ( Chartered Accountants), SRV & Associates ( Advocates)

One of my client has voter id and pan card only but his surname mention in id proof are as follow:-
voter id : Rajesh Kumar
Pan Card : Rajesh verma

my query "can i apply din with these id proof with different surname .how can i use these id proof for applying din .He has not any other proof.

2)Can public limited co take loan from its director?
3) Can proprietary concern can takeover the business of any private or public ltd co.

a. Mr.A maintains an account with XYZ Bank and signs in English Language

c. Mr.A simultaneously signs various other forms such as I T returns, Sale Deeds, etc., in different signatures.
