the period of payment of gratuity is 30 days aft this period how much rate of interest charge as per sec 7...

17 May 2011 The interest Rate to be applied on delayed payment of gratuity is 10%.

Employees who do not receive their gratuity within 30 days (from the date on which it becomes payable) are entitled to get the money along with simple interest from the due date to the date of actual payment.
