Dear Sir,
I want to take a Labour licenct. Kindly tell me what documents required and the procedure for it and the amount of fees to be deposited with department.

My client take a loan from bank, then after there is some problem and one side he received a notice under SARFAICI Act and other side he is perusing the case under "Banking Ombudsman" under the RBI authority since 8 month ago. Still the decision of banking ombudsman is pending. Now "DC" issue the notice to my client and call for summing.

Now my quarry is:-
1) What is done by my client?
2) Is he received notice from postman, till now he make some money to postman and not receiving this notice?
Plz suggest me as clearly as u can.....

Dear sir,

my life is disturbed because of my rude and eagoistic wife and her parents.

my wife had made maintenance cases against me and she had done 498 A against me also .

ME AND MY PARENTS VENT TO POLICE STATION AND TOOK BELL FOR THAT.

IT MAY HAPPENED AROUND 2 YEARS AGO AND STILL THE CASE IS PENDING.

DURING MY CROSS-QUESTIONING IN CASE OF 125, Her lawer asked to SUBMIT my PANCARD and MY RETURN statements in court.
What should i do? AS HER LAWER ASK TO SUBMIT THAT IN PRESENCE OF JUDGE DURING MY CROSS- EXAMINATION.
I don't want to show my original income to court because right now i had many responsibilities of my old parents .
she is very rich and only daughter of her father and no any other brother or sister she have.Also my life dsturb because of her only and now she try to taking advantage of our law system.

HER FAMILY HAS VERY STRONG POLITICALLY BACKGROUND AND NOW MY LAWER IS ALSO NOT GIVING MUCH MORE HINTS TO ME .

What is the Criteria for maintaining cost accounting records as per companies act?

Hi All,
I need help. Please answer. I want to open a trading company and would probably involve exports/imports. The confusion is what acts apply? Do I need to register my company? Do I need to register with Shops and establishment act? Service Tax? TDS Act? the definition of companies coming under the S & A Act are those with commercial activity. Thus, since mine will also have commercial activity I would have to Register?? Also with regards to TDS Registration?? would I have to or no?? Because if i have to pay somone more than rs30000/- or more than it attracts for tds deduction! Right?? so how do i go about the entire process?? please help..

Can any one tell me what is the paper pattern for law ipcc nov 2011.
