Revised schedule vi

Can anyone please tell me that whether revised shedule VI is applicable to Non listed company if yes then date of effect of applicability. If it is applicable then can anyone please give me the soft copy of Revised schedule VI in horizontal format.(email-jay.jgsaaca @ gmail.com)

sir, could u plz tell me what is the meaning of "resolution at meeting"?

also "as per sec 165- a member has a right to introduce new business at adjourned meeting for the act provides that resolution of notice must be given,may be passed"?

what does this mean.

Director's disqualification

Dear All,

An Executive Director of a Pvt Ltd Company can hold an appointment as a full time employee (not Director) in another pvt ltd company?

If the answer is "NO", then, is there any exceptions for this?

should company display old name in ()with new name or only a notes is enough in audit report.

1) Whether registrar can take balance sheet and profit and loss account on record if not laid before annual general meeting ?

2)if A.G.M was nt conducted then whether company need to file annual returns with ROC or not requried ?

is a company Issue shares at different premium rates on the same days to different shareholders Private Limited either existing or proposed ?
