20 August 2011 Dear sir,

my life is disturbed because of my rude and eagoistic wife and her parents.

my wife had made maintenance cases against me and she had done 498 A against me also .

ME AND MY PARENTS VENT TO POLICE STATION AND TOOK BELL FOR THAT.

IT MAY HAPPENED AROUND 2 YEARS AGO AND STILL THE CASE IS PENDING.

DURING MY CROSS-QUESTIONING IN CASE OF 125, Her lawer asked to SUBMIT my PANCARD and MY RETURN statements in court.
What should i do? AS HER LAWER ASK TO SUBMIT THAT IN PRESENCE OF JUDGE DURING MY CROSS- EXAMINATION.
I don't want to show my original income to court because right now i had many responsibilities of my old parents .
she is very rich and only daughter of her father and no any other brother or sister she have.Also my life dsturb because of her only and now she try to taking advantage of our law system.

AS IN YOUR REPLY U WROTE THAT " U JUST HAVE TO SUBMIT YOUR WS AS PROFF OF SALARY INCOME , WHAT IS MEAN FOR WS??????"

MY SALARY IS 30000/= P.M. AND I M WORKING IN PRIVATE FIRM . SHE IS ALSO WORKING IN GOVT. SCHOOL AND GETTING 7000/= P.M. ( FIX SALARY ) AND WILL GET MORE THAN 15000/= P.M. AFTER 2 YEAR. MY 3YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IS WITH HER.

EARLIER , I HAD DONE HMP AGAINST HER AND TRIED FOR CONTINUE MY MARRIED LIFE BUT SHE HAD DONE SEC-24 IN THAT CASE AND GET 2000/=P.M. FOR THAT. NOW I WITHDRAW THAT CASE.

SIR, I M VERY TENCED AND ALSO I DESTROYED MENTLY AND ECONOMICALLY BY HER.

HER FAMILY HAS VERY STRONG POLITICALLY BACKGROUND AND NOW MY LAWER IS ALSO NOT GIVING MUCH MORE HINTS TO ME .

NOW HER LAWER TOLD IN COURT THAT " SHE WANTS TO COME WITH ME AT ANY OF MY CONDITION "

BUT NOW I FED-UP AND I HAVE FEAR ABOUT HER.

PLEASE FOR GOD SAKE HELP ME................

20 August 2011 a simple solution if you want to apply

get LIC Policies in your name, with nominating your mother for some policies and daugher in some policies ( make your wife as appointee in daugher's policy)

pay 50% or more of your salary to such premiums and invite your wife to reside with you.

This way the future of your parents as well as your daughter is secured,

also in this way you will have less cash in hand, to appropriate among the wife and family members after maintanance of your self.

at the settlement time you can offer this plan under court, and take the same noted under the order sheet.

she is rich or not does not matter after marrige, but your plead is wrong here, she has claim in your income / assets after the marrige, so maintain the peace.

daughter is common between you and her, so she may like to spend on daughter from her income also. but dont ask for her income to run the family in which your parents take care is involved, unless she wish to do so.
