I had joined in one of the Pvt. Ltd., company in the month of Mar' 2010. The company has not given me any appointment letter or joining report. I have left the organization in the month of Aug' 2011 with a one month prior notice, at the time of leaving the organization also company has not provided me Relieving Letter and Experience Letter, but my salary has been credited directly in the bank through ECS from the company.

Company has created the bonus provision as per Labour laws nad IT Act as on 31- mar-11 balance sheet. Company will announce the bonus to the employees only in the month of October (at the time of Dasara).

MY DOUBT IS WHETHER CAN I GET THE BONUS FOR FY 2010-11 AND FY 2011-12. IF YES, PLEASE PROVIDE ME THE SECTIONS AND PROCEDURE TO GET THE BONUS FROM COMPANY.

MOREOVER COMPANY HAS STOPPED MY FIVE DAYS SALARY, INCENTIVES AND LEAVE ENCASEMENT ALSO. PLEASE PROVIDE ME THE PROCEDURE TO GET THE ABOVE ARREARS ALSO.

I was a director for a private limited company and it was registered with R O C but some circumstances the company was not started. and we have not intimated to R O C,
it was happened in 2006.
Now my friends are going to start a public limited company shall i joined in that company as one of the director ?
is there any problem joined as director?

Hi ! I had been staying in this particular property for nearly 10 months ! Intially when i came in to this House owner told that they will be installing the Elecricity meter in just 2 mnths time .
After around 4 mnths they started demanding huge amount as E-city charge nearly 800rs ! I am upset here becoz normally i used to get charged just aroung 250-300rs meter charge in my prior locations as i hardly stay at home & dont have any heavy appliances . They also told us that they will credit us of extra charges paid by us after the Meter is installed . They never gave us any credit nor they gave us the bills coz there was no Meter istalled at-all even after repeated requests by nearly 8 tenants including me .
The worse thing was landlord started to threaten us asking us to vacate even though agreement was for 1yrs coz there is lot of demand for rent houses here in Bangalore & they are taking advantage of this .
Here My question to Experts are :- can i go ahead & file a case at police station against the 'LANDLORD' or should I contact a lawyer or what else can I do to stop this ,As i had earlier asked my fellow tenants to come along with me & file against "Landlord " but they always asked me to stay cool & wait & wait but its getting over every one's head as we all have been robbed .
Its a mistake from Owner's side .plz help me ...
