sir, could u plz tell me what is the meaning of "resolution at meeting"?
also "as per sec 165- a member has a right to introduce new business at adjourned meeting for the act provides that resolution of notice must be given,may be passed"?
what does this mean.

Section 165 applies to statutory meetings only. And in that case, board may issue a fresh notice for the adjourned meeting.
