26 August 2011 respected sir,
if companies bill 2009 is passed by the parliament in winter session then it will be applicable for may 12 ca final ??

27 August 2011 No it will not form part of the May Examination. Any amendment, notification, bills, circular and act which is passed 6 months prior to exam shall the turning point. Hence, in winter session if the companies bills is passed the same shall be in or around November and May is less than November and 6 months shall not be completed.
